Online has gone crazy. More and more, it’s the first place clients feel they need to be. Which is fair enough. But there are still some big mistakes being made.

When you’re one mouse click away from oblivion, your message had better be instantly engaging or you’re history. No-one is obliged to hang around on a website reading slabs of copy that have been cut-and-pasted from your brochure. Online doesn’t work that way.
